Themed Buffets
Texas Catering offers themed buffets of different types allowing your guests to choose from a variety of tastes. Our themed buffets are perfect for corporate catering events, business lunches, and an excellent addition to our wedding catering services. One event might be a truly Texas theme with chicken fried steak or fried chicken or both, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese or another might be a southwest theme with barbecue, baked beans, and potato salad; further still, the next event might be a Tex-Mex theme with fajitas, enchiladas, rice and beans with all the fixins, like salsa and guacamole, sour cream, cheese and chips and queso making it a true Tex-Mex experience.
You may want an Italian spread of pasta with sauces and garlic or cheese toast, lasagna or anything else you desire. Maybe an Asian flare or fusion will meet your expectations, from General Tso’s chicken to Pad Thai to ramen noodles and soups. We can even go simple or casual with a spread of burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot-dogs and brats, sliders of all kinds and anything else you can think of.
